Hello, I'm David Blythe, a CT Licensed Real Estate Salesperson passionate about serving my community. Born, raised, and residing in Connecticut for my entire life, I have deep roots in the local area, alongside my children and grandchildren. My educational background includes degrees in areas involving government agency administration and engineering, which have provided me with valuable skills applicable to my previous employment in the public and private sectors. I have since retired from those positions and transitioned into a second career as a real estate salesperson.
Values such as integrity, honesty, respect for others, professional conduct, and dedication are the cornerstone of my interactions with clients and colleagues. Embodying these principles is essential in providing top-notch service to those I work with. In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in supporting various causes in the community. I have volunteered in fundraising for local cancer patients and their families, organized school supply drives, and coordinated food drives for area pantries. Giving back to the community is something that has held great importance to me.
Outside of my real estate career and community involvement, I have a diverse range of interests that keep me busy, such as painting with oil, acrylic, and watercolor mediums, and woodcarving. Hiking has been a consistent hobby for me for over 25 years, taking me to various locations, including the heights of mountains in New Hampshire and Vermont, and even to the top of Mount Washington multiple times, where I stood amongst the clouds.
With a blend of professional experience, community involvement, and personal interests, I strive to bring a well-rounded approach to my real estate practice.
