Hello! I'm Debra Ouimette, an Associate Broker with 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. With a background as a therapist for 30 years before transitioning into real estate 5 years ago, my unique blend of skills allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level. I hold a Th.D. and have certifications in Home Staging and have taught Home Buyer and Seller workshops in the community. My areas of expertise include working with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Luxury Homes and Vacation properties, especially in the beautiful Seacoast region.
I am a firm believer in the values of Faith, Family, Honesty, Creativity and Loyalty, which guide me in all my interactions and transactions. In my free time, I am actively involved in my community through organizations like Habitat for Humanity Committee and The Reach the community center where I serve on the Steering Committee. I have a passion for dancing, art, playing guitar, reading, and staying active through exercise. Most importantly, I love spending time with my grandchildren and going on beach walks with my husband.
