Mary Ann holds a bachelor's degree (BSBA) in Management from UMASS Lowell and several real estate certifications and awards, showcasing her expertise in the field. Mary Ann grew up in Dracut, moving to Chelmsford with her husband Bob. In 1997, they took a leap of faith when Mary Ann located a prime commercial site for a retail establishment, and together they opened Sullivan Farms Homemade Ice Cream in Tyngsborough, a true 'family' business now involving their grown children. Sullivan Farms is the primary sponsor of the Chelmsford John Carson 4th of July Road race, and the Sullivan family and employees serve as volunteers and race officials. Mary Ann and Bob also sponsor the Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Clubs.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball. Although she loves skiing and boating, she seldom has time, as she strives to be available to her clients and their needs.
Other real estate: Mary Ann is a residential agent with considerable commercial experience. She was commercially certified through an accelerated program at a major brokerage and has experience with Boards of Health programs and within the mortgage and insurance industries.
In addition, Mary Ann is affiliated with Cape Cod (Cciaor) listing service and owns property in West Yarmouth, near LAER's local office. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the mid-cape real estate market.
